Powdery white sand, crystal-clear waters, and beaches that rival the Philippines' most famous destinations — without the crowds.
The island's most iconic beach and the postcard image of Bantayan. Famous for its stunning curved sandbar that shifts shape with the tides and seasons, creating natural lagoons of warm, bath-temperature water at low tide.
The sand here is blindingly white and the water shallow for a long stretch — perfect for non-swimmers and families. Located next to Budyong Beach Resort, making the area a convenient base.
One of the longest beachfront stretches on the island with fine, sugary white sand. Home to several resorts at various price points, from budget guesthouses to mid-range beachfront properties.
Great for sunset watching and long walks along the shore. Activities include snorkeling, swimming, camping, and — at nearby resorts — pool access. Several restaurants and bars are within walking distance.
A secluded beach that feels like your own private stretch of paradise, especially in the early morning when few visitors make the trip. Well-maintained yet free from man-made structures — pure natural beauty.
The landscape is comparable to world-class beach resorts, making it one of the most photogenic spots on the island. No entrance fee. Bring your own food and water.
True to its name — two beautiful beaches flanking a calm lagoon make this a leisure haven. The setting is perfect for lounging, swimming, and simply enjoying the quiet away from the busier Santa Fe beaches.
No restaurants on-site, so bring your own food and drinks for a full day out. Clean up after yourself — the beach stays pristine because visitors respect it.
A privately owned island 15–30 minutes by boat from Bantayan's east coast. Crystal-clear, cooler water, a cliff jumping area (~20 meters), and some of the best snorkeling around. Fish are visible without snorkel gear — the water is that clear.
Hammocks, cottages for rent, and a restaurant serving fresh seafood. Entry fee: ~₱250–500. The cliff jumping spot is a 5-minute walk from the main beach. Half-day trip is sufficient, but you'll want to stay longer.
A community island with free beach access — no entrance or docking fees. Unlike the resort-like Virgin Island, Hilantagaan is a genuine fishing village where you can interact with welcoming locals and see everyday island life.
Often included in island hopping tours alongside Virgin Island and the Coral Garden snorkeling spot. The surrounding waters are excellent for snorkeling with healthy coral and diverse marine life.
Shallow incline. Bantayan's beaches slope very gradually — you'll walk far out before reaching deeper water. Great for non-swimmers and kids.
Reef-safe sunscreen only. Protect the marine ecosystem. Chemical sunscreens damage the coral that makes snorkeling here so special.
Island hopping is a must. Book through your accommodation or directly with boatmen at the port. A half-day covers Virgin Island and the Coral Garden.
Tides matter. The sandbar at Kota Beach and the lagoon at Paradise Beach change dramatically between tides. Check conditions before heading out.
